Our equipment is top of the line
We haul boats with a 2001 Peterbilt 379, 1999 Kenworth T2000, 2008 Peterbilt 379, 1987 Kenworth W-900 or our 1997 Mack single axle. Trailers include three Waltron Low Boys and a 20 ton Brownell Hydraulic trailer. Our rigs are set up to move just about any boat with a capacity up to 40k lbs.
Our experience and expertise is second to none.
Owner and operator, Pete, has been moving boats himself for more than 16 years, with several thousand moves behind him. He has moved every type of boat there is, encountered just about every situation and have never had an insurance claim.

Our quotes are all inclusive, and very competitive. We are fully insured and DOT compliant. We deliver on time and provide full communication both before and during transport. From start to finish, we will work with you to insure your boat move is seamless, and stress free.

Stonington Marine Transport , based in southeastern Connecticut, is a full service marine transport company. We have the experience and equipment to take care of your boat transport needs. We haul the Atlantic coast from Maine to Florida, but focus mainly on serving the Northeast. Your boat is our ONLY business.
Our newest addition to the fleet is a 2008 Peterbilt with a full sized sleeper. We are always looking to improve our equipment and insure we have the most reliable vehicles for our crew
